“I’m living for this!”: Drag Race fans praise Traitors-inspired Canada vs the World episode
The latest episode of Canada’s Drag Race: Canada vs the World was full of comedy and drama.

Following La Kahena’s emotional elimination, the queens returned to the workroom exhausted and ready to lift their feet up.
After getting settled on the couch, Cheryl Hole congratulated Eureka, who went on to give a speech about her taking the competition seriously.
“I just want to say I’m here to fight because I deserve to be here,” she said in between tears.
“Regardless of the success I’ve had in the past, I’ve also went through a lot of shit to get where I am. And I know what it’s like not to be good enough.”
Things took an awkward turn when Miss Fiercalicious threw some light shade regarding Lemon and her choice for last week’s bottom two queens.
“And I guess Lemon settled the debate of who did the best in the girl group,” she coyly stated.
Amid the shocked reactions, Alexis Mateo thanked Lemon for saving her with the Golden Beaver.
“I mean, I could also lip sync, but honestly, it felt great to know that you also believe that I was the best, so thank you so much, Lemon,” the Puerto Rican queen said.
In a confessional, Lemon shared some insight into her decision, claiming that you have to beat the best to be the best.
While Le Fil supported Lemon’s fair decision, she pointed out that the other shadier queens might not keep the trend going.
Fiercalicious, on the other hand, disagreed with Lemon’s choice, exclaiming to the other queens that La Kahena should have been given another chance instead of people who have competed on Drag Race multiple times.
“I’m a little surprised because Kahena went home first on her season, and you girls, Alexis this is your fourth time here,” she explained.
Fiercalicious’ reasoning was quickly shot down by Kennedy Davenport, who described the Canadian queen as being “out of line” in a confessional.
“Let’s put a disclaimer that I love all my young queens, but this is definitely a young, inexperienced, unseasoned comment,” Kennedy said.
“We’ve had those opportunities because we’ve been doing drag longer.”
Back on the couches, Fiercalicious went on to say that Kahena wouldn’t have another chance to show off her talent before Kennedy and Cheryl debunked the claim.
“She may, they may call her somewhere else,” the season seven talent said before the Drag Race UK star added, “I mean, hello.”
Alexis echoed similar sentiments in a confessional, describing Fiercalicious as being scared that “the big girls, the big names, are in the house.”
“If you’re that fierce, you should shut the fuck up and get ready to compete, baby,” she added.
The drama didn’t stop there. While de-dragging, Tynomi Banks asked Fiercalicious if she was okay, to which the latter replied: “Are you? You just put a target on me.”
The Canada’s Drag Race season one star then accused her Canadian sister of” being extra” and wanting to be “evil.”
“I don’t want to be a target for everyone,” Fiercalicious said before Tynomi retorted that no one was going to target her.
“What are you talking about? You love drama. Now drink your milk. Calm down and take a nap. The last thing I want is the Canadian girls fighting because if anyone knows Fierce, she likes to hold grudges and be a brat about it,” Tynomi added in a confessional.
In her own confessional, Fiercalicious seemingly confirmed Tynomi’s statement, telling the camera: “People definitely need to watch their backs around me cause when I get that beaver shits getting real.”
The next day, the queens returned to the workroom to meet up with staple judge Brad Goreski.
“The thing about TV is once you get a taste of the limelight, you’re always starving for more. I mean, we’re all here, right?” the Real Friends of Weho star said.
“Well, good news, my little spotlight seekers. For this week’s maxi challenge, you’ve all been cast on the new whodunnit reality show called ‘The Hole.’”
Goreski went on to say that the queens would have to work together to discover The Hole’s identity while also showcasing their improv skills as reality TV archetypes.
After the Drag Race judge’s departure, the queens huddled together to disperse the archetypes.
Fortunately, the divvying up of parts was free from drama and pettiness.
The queens’ archetypes for The Hole were as follows: Tynomi as the Kooky Clairvoyant, Eureka as the Soap Opera star, Le Fil as The Girl Looking For Love, Fiercalicious as the Petty Bitch, Kennedy as the Know-It-All, Cheryl as the Super Fan, Alexis as the Karen and Lemon as the Gay Guy.
Wasting no time, the ladies got down to work on their unique roles for their The Hole debut.
While most of the queens expressed excitement for the challenge, Tynomi was plagued by nerves.
“I’m looking at everyone, and I’ve seen you guys on your seasons, you’re very, very good, so I just get nervous,” she told the other contestants.
“Naturally, in a day-to-day, I get to be all extra, but that’s why I saw [kooky clairvoyant], and I was like, okay, I could do like my little Jamaican twist to it. That’s what I was thinking.”
In a confessional, Alexis echoed sentiments similar to Tynomi’s, stating everyone should be worried.
“We have to be memorable, funny, and we have to steal the spotlight. No pressure,” she added.
Following their preparation, the queens made their hilarious debuts on ‘The Hole,’ which featured an iconic cameo from guest judge and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna.
Throughout The Traitors-esque challenge, the queens nailed their respective archetypes and improv comedy.
The next day, the queens returned to the workroom to prepare for the impending elimination.
Unsurprisingly, each of the contestants were confident that their performances were knockouts.
On one side of the workroom, Alexis revealed that the standouts of the challenge were Lemon, Cheryl, Kennedy and Eureka, which rubbed the Le Fil the wrong way.
“I thought I was funny. I always feel like maybe slightly underappreciated with comedy stuff cause I think maybe I have a different sense of humour,” Le Fil explained to Tynomi.
“I don’t know if humour translates differently across the pond or if it’s a British thing.”
In response, Tynomi assured the UK queen that she stayed in character throughout the challenge before adding: “But also, I can’t even comment properly because I was so worried about my shit.”
After sharing a heartfelt moment about handling their Drag Race fame, the ladies headed to the main stage to show off their ‘Mother Nature’ ensembles and receive the judges’ critiques.
While the panel praised most of the queens for their performances and runway outfits, Kennedy reigned supreme, resulting in her securing the maxi-challenge win and power of the Golden Beaver.
While untucking in the workroom, Kennedy listened to the pleas of the bottom three queens – Fiercalicious, Tynomi, and Le Fil – on why they should stay in the competition.
Like Eureka during week one, Fiercalicious claimed she had the best critiques compared to the other bottom contestants.
Le Fil echoed similar sentiments, highlighting the panel’s praises for her staying in character and commitment to having fun.
While Tynomi fully owned the judges’ critiques, she disagreed that it should result in her going home.
Ultimately, Kennedy chose to save Fiercalicious, resulting in Le Fil and Tynomi lip-syncing to Ida Corr and Fredde LeGrand’s hit track ‘Let Me Think About It.’
After a dazzling peformance full of drama, charisma, and unique choreography, Brooke Lynn Heights named Tynomi the winner, making Le Fill the second queen to sashay away.
“I am feeling emotionally drained but also really proud of myself. I did really well. I did my best, and I had loads of fun. What’s next for Le Fil is a lovely trip to go sightseeing around Canada,” Le Fil said in her exit interview.
Since the episode’s release, fans have flocked to social media to share their reactions.
One person on X, formerly known as Twitter, wrote: “Le Fil didn’t deserve to leave so soon, he had more to show on this season.”
Another fan commented: “One thing about Kennedy, she is going to kill an improv challenge.”
A third fan tweeted: “Canada vs the World doing a spoof on The Traitors, with someone who was actually on the show. The TV gods are smiling down on me today.”
On next week’s episode of Canada’s Drag Race: Canada vs the World, the queens will be tasked with creating looks for a ball.
