Employers in Texas no longer required to cover HIV prevention drugs

A federal judge in Texas stated that employers should not be forced to cover PrEP medication if it violates the company’s religious beliefs. America is on the brink of approving a long-acting HIV prevention medication that is easier to take than daily PrEP.
